I've ran into admins such as Hobo and Penny but we don't know each other personally. However, they're very fun to talk to and very helpful.

7. List and describe any previous supervisory, administrative or management experience, in or out of the game:
Out of school i was once in AFJROTC which is short for Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps and I was given the task to run the class and to make sure everyone was given a certain task to do and to accomplish that task, I was also soon after I was finished with the ROTC program I was later in a school band and I would have to help almost everybody because I knew what to do the most.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to help out this community and make this community a better place and even if I don't get an opportunity to become an admin I'll still love this whole community and I'll still be on it, but I would just make this a better place and just keep those that aren't worthy of being in this community out.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
Everyday. For as long as i can stay on.

AS much as possible.
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I would say almost a year, I started playing in december LAST year and i stopped due to school and what have you and now i am back and want to contribute to this beautiful community.

No I do not.

14. Describe a time when you lost control of your emotions and how you were able to cope with the situation (P.S: This can be about anything; it doesn't have to be from in-game.):
The time I ever lost my temper was at school when I used to have racial slurs thrown at me and I didn't want to take it any longer so I just let my anger out and couldn't control it. I have a very short temper and the best way to cope with my anger is to just take deep breaths, Lay down, and just close my eyes, I would listen to music or just come on here and just go on casual mode and have fun.
15. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
Well, I can be very talkative (weakness for some people.) and be able to socialize with the people in the servers. I can also handle situations such as banning someone or just muting them for a good amount of time. What i say would be a weakness for me is that my shyness may get in the way of my mic use.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would first give that certain person warnings and if he/she continues i would mute that person for a resonable amount of time and sooner or later if he/she continues i would ban that certain player for a resonable amount of time.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would tell that certain player that made those remarks that certain people found that offensive and i would kindly ask you to keep those remarks to yourself... If it continues to be a problem i would mute that player for a resonable amount of time.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would give that certain person a warning to stop micspamming and to calm down so if others are wanting to talk and they cannot hear other players who are ALSO talking on the mic. If it persists, he/she micspamming will be muted for a resonable amount if time.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would tell that person to stop abusing his/her powers and if they persist to use their admin powers for bad things (Such as slaying a player, or god mode for free) i would tell someone surperior to my rank because if i would deal with it myself I would probably mess up and get in trouble for it.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would join that certain server and would make sure that certain player isn't buying Increased speed in shop in the RTD section and if he doesn't have that and he does have a speed hack on i would soon ban that player off for a resonable amount of time or tell that certain player to please turn off his/her hacks.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would tell that player threatening another player that (what ever he is gonna ban him for) that it is not on the rules, and i would tell him to please read the rules we would have posted on this website.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I wouldn't do anything about it because i know it's just a game and i'll just try to fight back. Take it as like some sort of AdminVPlayer Brawl per se'.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would tell that certain player to please calm down and don't insult to the other players that is killing him/her. If it persists, I will mute that certain person off of the mic and if he continues to insult in chat i would gag that person so he/she would not be able to use all chat for a resonable amount of time.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would tell that player to please stop impersonating a admin or do not scam a person and lie or trade him credits, and if i were to catch him/her in the act again i would soon ban him for a resonable amount of time.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would tell the Headless HorseMann player to kindly not get mad over that, you can use !credits and sooner or later get that perk back, No need to be mad at someone killing you, It's gonna happen.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
I define it as someone Abusing the powers given to them and using it to kill other players or to "teach them a lesson" Such as using God mode to dominate someone, or slaying someone over and over for no reason.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
If i ever get to become an admin on here i would try my best to get a certain task completed and i would never use those certain powers for things such as killing someone or "teaching them a lesson." I would feel like that those certain people that gave me admin Trust me to moderate these wonderful servers and i will do as said.
