I never really had any experience before in any situation. But I would Like for this to be my first.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I just want to be there for people to vent on or have an understanding conversation about certain topics. I want to be there when any wrong doing is going on in any of the SwapShop server and would like to make an impression that not all admins are "Better" than the other guests in the server. I'm pretty much as normal as any other person that comes here on the SS server.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I can Spend a total of 3 hours at a server mainly to hang out and chat. I can quickly jump to a server from an incoming report that has been sent to see what is the issue. I can spend more than 3 hours but it depends on how chill I feel.
B. On the forums?
I can spend a good hour on the forums, more if necessary.
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
As of right now, I currently have 4,000+ hours in TF2. I would say I spent around a good 2,200 hours on the SwapShop servers.
11. Do you speak any languages other than English?
I currently only speak english.

I do not have any alternate accounts as if I don't have a really good reason to own one in the first place.
14. Describe a time when you lost control of your emotions and how you were able to cope with the situation (P.S: This can be about anything; it doesn't have to be from in-game.):
It all started in sophmore year in high school and I met my first girlfriend. To me, she was a really cute and funny girl to be with. We had a good 2 month relationship, But a week away from valentines day, she wanted to break up with me due to the fact that she is leaning more of being a lesbian than being bisexual. Of course, I was heartbroken for a good month or so. It was so bad that I was almost driven to suicide (which is a rather silly idea) just for having a breakup. I quickly found out a way to cope with my feelings, and that is by drawing a lot. Some were graphic while some where just reasonable. That is how I would truly let my feelings pour onto a sheet of paper rather in words. I quickly sprang back onto my feet after a month and acted like nothing happened in the month of February.
15. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
I'm just a relatable guy that is understanding and caring to anyone of my friends. I am also literally immune to insults (racial slurs, the way I sound, look, how I draw, ect.) so if you were to throw one at me, you would have me smiling and just shaking my head at you. I would say my only weakness is me being a smartass at certain times.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would tell him to tone it down a notch and just be nice, but if he continues to make racial remarks, I will gag/mute him for 30 mins.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would still ask the suspect to calm down a bit with the slurs. I don't want anyone feeling offened regardless if I don't react to it like a normal person would. If the racist play still says racial slurs, he will be gag/muted for 30 mins.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would give him 3 warnings to stop the spamming. If they do not comply, I would have to mute their mic for an hour.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would rant about it in the forums, capture a quick video with my recording software, and just tell the other admins about the abusive behavior.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would quickly jump onto said server and investigate on what exactly happened. If the victim is the only one that believes that the suspect is "speed hacking", then I would just scoff it off and move on. I would also ask If the suspect bought anything from the shop to have that effect.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would kick him for impersonating an administrator. If he comes back and does it again, it will result with a ban.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I wouldn't care about it honestly. They are just trying to get under my skin and get me to "rage". I would just play the game as any other player would. Of course I would ask for some assistants from my team mates or friends to help me deal with the immature players.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would instantly kick them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would let him know that trading hats for god mode is not the best thing he would do. If he doesn't comply, it will result in a kick.
(EDIT)- If I witness a trade happen and completed, I would demend the suspect to return the items back the the victim. If he doesn't comply, then I would kick/ban depending on the item.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
"Well, then just stop buying that perk then, buddy" That Is what i'll say to him/her.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
An admin who uses their admin powers by making them self invulnerable to damage, abusing the RTD system, and kicking/banning people for no reason or out of sheer rage.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I am ready for the responsibility of being an admin. It's always nice helping out with the server more than ever. Besides, I want to be that admin who is the "fun" type. But I will act accordingly if a report is sent to me.
