My goals for the community would be to keep the servers clean of hackers, spammers, genuine rule breakers,ect. I would also like to make sure everyone on the server is having a good time on our set of servers.

14. Describe a time when you lost control of your emotions and how you were able to cope with the situation (P.S: This can be about anything; it doesn't have to be from in-game.):
A time when I lost control would be about 2 years ago I had this one "friend" in my Skype group and she was really toxic to me and my friends.She was trying to get everyone in the group to not like me because she didn't like me. So I got pretty mad at that and kinda just put all of my feeling about her in a paragraph on what I though about her and that was the end of it.
15. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
I consider my strengths to be I am a good communicator, I am very disciplined and I am pretty thorough. Some weaknesses are I am focused on doing things "my way",I Tend to conform to wishes of others to try and make everyone have fun, and I can come off too strong at times

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would kindly ask them to stop and warn them not to do it again. If they do it will result in a mute/gag. And if it still continues a ban will be made.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
Once again I will ask the offender to not make the remarks again and if they persist it will result in a mute/gag.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Warn them, then mute if they continue. But if the server likes it and has no problem with it then I will let it continue.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Ask them to explain themselves then report to death or other higher admins.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Join spectator and see if the player is actually speed hacking. and would also check and see if there is any other way it could be happening (shop, lag, ect.)
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Inform the player that such rule does not exist and that the person impersonating has no power. Then I would warn the offender.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Nothing other then rely on my own skills to try and take them down.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I will inform them that they do not have to play on this server and could leave at anytime. If they choose to stay and continue then they will be muted/gagged.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Also inform the player that said person has no power and cannot give them god mode and warn the offender.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
That there is nothing I could do about it because they used their earned credits.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
When another admin uses their powers when they shouldn't for personal gain and their own amusement.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I would be glad to be an admin again because i'm going to start actually playing TF2 again. Even if I get denied I will respect the decision and continue to play on the servers.
