Ive been an admin at least once, It was somewhat successful. Although I may have average admin skill. I have had a good go at being an admin the last time I've done it.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I mainly wanna join to help with other mods, admins, and help members to make the swapshop community a better place, like kick/ban/gag/mute spammers, hackers, scammers, sharkers, jerks, trolls and or griefers. Not so much for the power.
Im also going to be as reasonable as possible with rule breakers to work through it with them.
AND just to clarify I have the mic but I may not always use it.
7. How much time do you plan to spend on the Servers / Forums?
Servers sometimes about most of the day. On school days im home at 3:00 eastern time and usually on till 9 or 9:30. But on weekends or breaks, I could stay on the entire time since im pretty much free when im off.
Forums maybe once or twice a day.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
Since last year I believe.

You can see some of my friends are VAC banned(Only 2), That doesn't mean I took part in that, that's their own fault.

11. Describe a time during which you lost control:
I don't really think I have had many since ive only been admin on one other server, but there was a hard time where i had to try to get rid of a name changing hacker (They can be hard to get because you could end up banning an innocent player).
12. What do you consider in yourself to be strengths? What do you consider in yourself to be weaknesses?
Strengths: Able to get some people to stop doing what ever they are doing that is wrong, Can sometimes negotiate with some rule breakers.
Weaknesses: A bit sensitive, Name changing hackers (As previously mentioned), People who get to me, Clearly cant get some people to stop :p.

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would kindly ask them what was troubling them and how i could help, and help them fix the problem, if they didn't stop, i would mute, gag or kick them.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would say I was sorry for not finding it offensive was me (Again, I dunno what I would do. Unless the guy was really offended by it, I would try to fix it?).
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would mute them if it had gone too far(Some offensive spam, or something similar to that)or if was annoying multiple people.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would get a more powerful OP on to help me deal with the abusive admin/moderator/maybe even the owner if it gets extremely out of hand.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I join the server and attempt to ban the said hacker.
(But since I have school i may not be able to respond)
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will kick for admin impersonation. (Since they really cant do anything about it because they aren't an actual mod.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
This is highly unlikely to happen, nor do I see it happening. But if it did, I'd probably just do !friendly? I mean, what did you expect me to do?
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Either kick, mute, gag them depending on how bad the response is they are giving.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
"Trade" them for the "godmode"
(Ban for attempted scam)
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
Notify him that he can simply buy HHH once again if he would really wanna risk being slayed again.
