I want to become admin just to get rid of all the players using aimbot or scripthacks or any of them. You don't know how many times I've seen players like that and I've had to do /report. Wouldn't it just be easier to have another admin who's on quite a bit so they can be banned?

I could spend anywhere from 1-5 hours a day on the server because I really like the servers.
B. On the forums?
I could spend anywhere from 1-5 hours a day on the server because I really like the servers.

I think I've been on these servers for almost 2 years.

I think in strengths I have persuasion and an eye to spot anyone using hacks. In weaknesses, however, I don't have a good voice to use. I usually do all my talking through text since I'm pretty quiet.

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
If someone was being racist I would give them warnings. After 2 or 3 warnings they'd get a kick.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would, again, ask them to stop and if they didn't after several warnings they'd get a kick.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would warn them to stop and if they didn't I would mute/gag them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Come to the forums and write a post to the owner or a higher up.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would come to the server and spectate him to see if it's true. If it is, then he will be banned.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Tell them to check the rules and see that he was lying and give them a warning.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Nothing. It doesn't break the rules at all, though it is annoying.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Give them a warning and if they continue then kick them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Give them a warning and/or kick them.
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
It's part of the server and it's completely fair.
