About a year ago I ran a somewhat popular MC server. Unfortunately I had to stop running when it got too expensive.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
While playing on your server I have seen some hacking as well as some very violent player via voice chat. If I was to get the position I would put my effort into preventing/stopping these actions when I can.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
Depending on the day between 2-6 hours a day.
B. On the forums?
Depending on the day between 2-6 hours a day.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
Not too long but a friend of mine recommended it to me and i have loved playing on it.

When people make things very personal, it tends to set me off. I can get very angry but only under a few circumstances.
12. What do you consider in yourself to be strengths? What do you consider in yourself to be weaknesses?
Strengths: I try to protect people such as my friends and family when they are being "attacked" (made fun of, being picked on)
Weakness: My anger. Although I don't lose control very often, when I do I take it out on everyone I see.

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
Ask them to stop and give them a warning. If they continue I would mute them.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would ask why they find said remarks offensive. If i found their reason reasonable I would ask the one making the remarks to stop, and if they did not I would mute them.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Warn them and then if they continue mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
report it to someone of higher authority and do what I can to convince them to stop.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Ask for proof before banning them.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Inform the other player that those rules do not exist as well as warn the regular user.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I could always use the !friendly command and then ask them to stop focusing on me.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Warn them, if they continue mute them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Inform everyone they they do not have that power. After that I would warn them before muting them.
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
That's unfortunately how the game works. If you Are not careful you will get killed.
