I have never been in an administration role. That is why I am doing it now.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to be a help to the tf2 swap shop servers and to metaphorically keep the streets clean and to have fun with the guests on the server

A. On the servers?
I will be able to spend 2-3 a day hours in the summer, except when I am on vacation or with family,just depends on the day and about 1-2 a day hours during September -June, cause I am still going through school
B. On the forums?

yes, I was on a server and people started talking about how head shots are not allowed in tf2 and their arguing got out of hand so i told them to shut up and then they started to make fun of me. so naturaly i started making fun of them

I am good at helping people out and being a help to the community. My weaknesses are getting called rude names, being made fun of and when people use my strengths against me

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would tell them to stop making racist comments and that they are not funny, and that they could get banned for doing so
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would tell them to calm down and be rational about what they are saying and if it is really that bad and tell the other player to stop.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would tell them to be quiet and if they don't I will kick them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I will report him on the forums as they is probably nothing else to do.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would go onto that server and see what the problem is and if it is really bad then I would tell them to stop and if they don't i will ban them and report
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will tell the player that the person is just lying to them and that they shouldn't worry about it.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Its just a game I wouldn't get to overly excited about and just ask them to stop and if later they do not stop i will figure out another way to deal with it
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I will say something about it and if he or her dose not stop i will kick
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will tell everyone not to trust that person and tell the person to stop scamming
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
I would tell him/her that you to can buy the headless horse man perk in the shop but its completley fair to get slain as long as he bought it
