My name is Sixteen and I will be responding to the points of your post above:
First: I am uncertain what you mean by a way for players to introduce themselves? Of course, if a player has a mic, they can introduce themselves that way, but I'm sure that is not what you meant. As you can see, I don't quite understand so please explain more.
Second: I do agree that there should be some more map population, as opposed to having the same one over and over again that are all just attracting dust. I will talk to my co-admins and will do my best to get this done, because more maps would be a lot more fun.
Third: The reason you get kicked when you are Rancho Relaxing is because we have a program that moves what the server thinks are AFK players into spectator so that the teams don't get filled up. However, a way you can escape this is to become a VIP. VIP players are not effected by the AFK manager so you can Rancho Relaxo for as long as you want. If you don't know how to become VIP, just tpe !shop and at the bottom of the list there should be an option to become VIP. If you do not have enough credits, you can donate any extra weapons you have to the server and you will be given credits per item donated.
Lastly, no need to worry about your grammar. It is legible so that is all that matters.
