I need help with the scrap bank bot, when I do !scrapbank it says the bot will be sending a trade request, but then it doesn't do anything, I don't get a trade request. If someone can't teach me how to do this I will be very grateful.

Go into your advanced settings - at the very bottom change your trade permissions to everyone. You probably have it set to ingame or friends only and the bot cant send you a trade request.
