Used to be an admin on a CS:GO server. I used to host my own server, and I would appoint people to be admins and they would monitor my server. I used to play Minecraft way back, and I was a server admin for this server. I made sure to be a friendly admin, but an admin that enforces the rules at the same time.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to hold this position because it gives a sense of authority, but a responsible authority. And also, I've noticed mic spam happens a lot on this server and many other things I would change if I was admin.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
All day on weekends, every weekday starting at 2:20 PM until 9-11 PM.
B. On the forums?
1 hour a day.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
Ever since my friend Gui, who is an admin on your server, introduced me to it, I've loved it. I've had my first unusual on this server, and I go on it everyday with my friend Gui. I enjoy messing around, taking fun screenshots, and just having a good time.

11. Describe a time during which you lost control:
This child (Claimed he was 11) was mic spamming FNAF Porn Fanfiction, (On this server) and I almost lost it. I was so disgusted, I pleaded him to stop. Others laughed, but it was just a painful experience of an 11 year old spamming porn Five Nights at Freddys fan fiction. Utterly disgusting. I started swearing and saying things like "Turn that disgusting shit off", I lost control. I recognize my mistakes now.
12. What do you consider in yourself to be strengths? What do you consider in yourself to be weaknesses?
Strengths - Being a leader, enforcing the rules in a strict, but friendly manner.
Weaknesses - Getting a bit ticked off when I ask someone to stop an annoying they are doing, and they refuse to comply.

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
Tell them to stop. Give them a warning. Gag. Or kick.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
Tell them I am sorry if it offended them in any way.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Warn. Gag. Kick if they keep micspamming after the gag time.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report them to the Owner or other Admins. Or Take screenshots/video.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Take action as quick as I can and monitor the server by spectator, I will get a person thats on that server when the hacker was hacking, catch him in the act, AND BAN. POOF!
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Tell them that there are no rules for what they are threatening for. Then link them to the rules of this server.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Ignore it, or just stay in my spawn until they stop.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Tell him to go to another server. We don't need hecklers on a server as great as this one. Keep this great server nice and clean. (and fun!)
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Report for scamming, then kick. I would warn the server first by doing a !shout command.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
Deal with it. He chose to be HH, he can slay.
