at the place i work (family business) i am in charge of the front.On twitch.tv i am mod in many chats that i visit very often.

one of my main goals is to make the game fun for everyone who plays. I don't want a person to get mad at me or others for something. It's just a game people should be able to enjoy it if they want

since i started honestly my friend showed me the server and i loved it so i would say 400+hours

one day niish a very good sniper was saying My hat is more expensive than yours after every kill. This was when i was very new to the game and had 1 hat the brimstone and i was very upset that he always killed me and i could never kill him. So it went from hey niish please stop spamming. To a full out argument but now i understand some people are just better than you so you have to deal with it.

i personally think one of my best strength is teamwork and listening. If someone who is a superior wants me to do something,then i will get on it asap. One of my weaknesses is

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
i would ask them twice before kicking for 5 min.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
i would address the person who is making these comments and ask them to stop if they don't i put up a vote to kick and let the people decide
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
call a vote to mute the person and let the people decide
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
i would ask them to please stop what ever they are doing then ask another admin is this really abuse. unless its clear such as god mode killing team in spawn
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
i would spectate them for a while see what else is going on then make a final decision whether its speed hacks or something else.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
i would say hey (username) let me handle this and please don't threaten others with ban
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
i would go spy,sniper or scout and see what i can do about it. if i can't i would get another person to pocket me as a sniper and i could take care of them at that point
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
i would ignore the asshole comment and if they say the server sucks ass i would say if you don't like it get off the server. If they insult others i would ask them to stop if they don't i would put a vote up for the people to choose
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
i would say hey (username) please stop and no one trade him he is trying to scam you. if he continues i would kick him for 5 minutes.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
its ok you can just play normally till you get more credits to buy it,but understand people don't like someone they can't kill.
