Was administrator in multiple Gmod and CS:GO servers. I have much experience from being an Admin on friends server's in TF2 but that's about it.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
To ensure rules aren't broken and that everyone has a good time on the server.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
4-6 Hours per day on weekends, 1-2 hours on weekdays.
B. On the forums?
1-3 Hours per day. Possibly even longer.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
About 2-3 months on the Trade_plaza servers.
9. Do you speak any languages other than English?
A bit of Russian and Italian. Mostly English.

When I lost a loved one I was extremely depressed, feeling suicidal, then I talked to one of my good friends and they helped me get over my depression, following everything they said.
13. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
I consider my strictness of server rules and ability to have fun personality strengths. I consider complaining about admin abuse a weakness in my personality.

15. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
Give them a warning and if they don't stop either gag them or ban them for 1 week. If they come back within the day they are unbanned, and or continue to do what they were, perma ban them.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
What ever the remarks were, I'd tell them to try not to do it again and if they are caught saying similar things, kick or gag them.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Gag them and possibly kick them. If they log in with an Alt, perma banned.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report it to Death or other admins on Swapshop fourms/servers.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Keep an eye on them in spectate and decide what happens next. If caught red handed, report their steam and ban them.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Tell them let an Admin handle this and ask them what rule they are breaking. Then if the other player is breaking them talk to them.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Nothing and just carry on.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Ignore them and possibly gag/mute them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Tell everyone that it's not real and kick them.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
Ask if they are going to just kill that one player and if they are, slay them and refund their credits.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
A person with an Admin status that uses powers to get an advantage, as in Slaying with out reason, noclipping into an enemy base and spawn killing them, and killing everyone with god mode on.
