I have previously supervised as a teacher's assistant, and a babysitter.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My goals for this community are to make the servers a better place, and to keep as much drama and annoyance out of the servers so people will feel like they should return to the servers often.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I will be able to spend about three hours on the servers.
B. On the forums?
I will be able to spend one or two hours on the forums.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I have been playing on your group servers for about three months, possibly four.

Once when I was about five or four, a kid was bullying my friend so i broke his nose.

I consider my charisma and intelligence to be my strengths, and I believe

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would give that player about three warnings, depending on how bad it is, and if they go past that, kick them. If they come back and keep making racist comments, I would find one of the other higher admins to decide what to do.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would attempt to be as objective as possible, seeing the standpoint from both player's sides and then act.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would give them five warnings, and if they exceed that, mute them for about five minutes.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would call one of the other admins to help, or just let the admin know he needs to stop.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would go to that server to see if the player had just bought highspeed, rolled it, was using baby face blaster, etc. If they were speedhacking, I would give them a warning, And then kick them if they kept doing it.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would give the regular user one warning, and if I catch them doing it again, I'll kick them.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would shrug it off, it's just a game.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would tell them that is not polite language, and if they do not particularly like the server, they should leave.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I first would warn anyone who offers them a trade that the regular player is not an admin, and then give them one warning, and if they do it again, kick them.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I tell the slayed player that they should shrug it off and continue to play, if the other players continue to do that, I would transfer some credits of my own to the slayed player.
