to make this community better, invite more friends, Goal: 1,000 members (still inviting more friends)

A. On the servers?
3 to 4 hours each days, free on sunday so i can spend 5 to 6 hours on the server
B. On the forums?
i have Mobile device so, probably all day and night

i aint no lose control in real life, if i have a situation about my emotions, i will stay in my room for 1,2 hours it will worn off

Good: im a friendly girl, not killing much, treat nice to each other players, less violent, specially my close friends [ list on my profile ( not finish yet, still adding some close friends)], i always there when they need me, to play, to hangout, ect..
Bad: i dislike squeakers (kids under 12 yrs old, screamming on the mic), anoying me, and i dont understand a word he/she saying, mostly, kill and dominate (1 to 3 times, if they stop screamming on the mic, i'll stop killing them)

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
racist comments, brugh, nicely or ignore it
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
thats not nice to tell ppl stuff like that, prompt them: dont say that, is not nice :3
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
no one, spamming against the rules of the server, if i an admin, i will warn them, if they dont listen to me, i will mute or gag, worse: kick out of the server, reason: "Spamming against rulem please stop, btw you can join again"
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
report to head Administrators, or the Owner of the Group
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
come to that server, if the report is true, i wll Ban that player and say thanks for the report
if the report is a lie, ...,say: dont do that again
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
1: reverse the situation
2: tell him/her : if you're not an admin please dont threaten other players
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
fight back as a regular player, and i dont think it will happen, i always friendly
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
warn them: watch your language, if they say this server suck, or screaming on mic, if i an admin, mostly kick, mute and gag
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
stop that player, if he/she is an admin, i will report to BloodrRain & Psy or Yee B Game (cause uncle Yee is new head amin, i guess)
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
not sure it's fair, cause you spend 3000 credits to buy Headless Horsemann, and Slay is broken, if admin slayed him/her, i will require him/her to pay back credits that player lost
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
like Noclip to kill Players, kick players for no reason or players dominated you, spawn too many bosses

Good feelings to be come a responsibility admin on TF2SS servers
